Gastroenterology
Gastroenterologist specialises in treating various gastrointestinal problems.
These include diseases of the esophagus and the stomach, illnesses of the small and large intestines, and conditions affecting the liver, bile ducts, and pancreas. The gastroenterologist also treats patients with chronic hepatitis C.
When should you consider seeing a gastroenterologist?

- blood in the stool
