Swimming for children 0-6 years (family hour)
This class is designed for children who are unable to swim independently. The children are in the water with their parents, and parents are taught to swim and instruct their child. Swimming does not speed up the physical development of the child, but it is one option for age-appropriate development opportunities. It also encourages the family to continue to pursue a mobile way of life. Swimming helps relax tense muscles and strengthen weak muscles and improves joint mobility and hip problems, is suitable for gas pains, develops balance, helps a child to sleep well and improves the immune system.
