Salt therapy (speleotherapy)
A special device (halogenerator) is used to send a dry and clean salt aerosol to the room. Salt therapy improves bronchial drainage, reduces signs of upper respiratory tract infection and increases the body’s overall resilience.
As an effect of the salt, sputum becomes more easily coughable and shortness of breath decreases or disappears. Salt destroys bacteria and fungi, which is why people receiving salt therapy are significantly stronger and rarely have viral diseases. Salt reduces respiratory mucous oedema: runny nose is decreased.
